Ugh. I guess it's not the character as much as it is the actor who plays the Governor that I dislike so much. :x

David Morrissey?  I think he's doing a good job, one of the better acting jobs on the show in my opinion.  I'm just glad they didn't give him more of a pirate look like in the comics
