Keep the water SUPER clean. Is he living in an actual vase? If so, change part of the water every day until he heals. Do you have a heater and a filter in there? You can also lower the water level so he can get to the surface more easily.

I can sell you some assassin snails, they will wipe out your population. As far as I know, clown loaches are the only ones that eat snails, but I could be wrong.

I agree with Ashley, they need warm water, or she will be dealing with fin rot and all sorts of other stuff. I would also recommend a little filter.
