Need to get rid of this guy so I can clean out my tank. He's got a few white spots, but is very active and just needs to be quarantined to be 100%. I'm in the Bellevue area, but willing to drive a little bit to meet and drop him off. I can try to get a pic of him, but my tank's light burnt out...

This JUST happened to me today. I think it could be a baby Bamboo shrimp, but his/her body doesn't fit the shape...

I have about 7 ghost shrimp and one good sized bamboo shrimp in my 75g, but today I saw a little, bright orangeish/red spot at the bottom of the tank, so I look closer.... When I get down to see what it is, it's what appears to be a baby cherry red shrimp ( I think that's what they're called)...

I'm definitely looking into the Cascade filters. They sound like the best bang for the buck. Thanks for all the input, everyone!

Hmm, I'll have to check into the Cascades for sure! What model do you recommend? Again, I like to go overkill because I'm going to upgrade to a 180-210g in a year or so, and I want to make sure the stuff I get will be able to work on that as well (obviously I'll get more on top of what I have).

How is the quality in comparison? Also, is it quiet and does it work as well?

My cuda is really sensitive to water conditions and I want the water to be as clear as possible. So, I am thinking of adding a Fluval 405 or Eheim to my 75g that already has two AC 110's. I'm trying to keep it within the $150 range, so what kinda canister filter would you all recommend besides...

I watched some videos of them in peoples tanks and they look really interesting. I'd definitely pick some up if I had a SW tank. Peacock Mantis shrimp are some of my other favs.
