Where to find feather rock?

Does anyone know where to find feather rock? I'm interested in trying to make some caves. Anyone have experience with this?

There was a guy on Craigslist selling some shaped like animals and calling it live rock and asking $10 a pound for it.

That is a pretty cool DIY article for making caves out of the stuff. It did say Home Depot or Lowes would carry it, but I dont remember seeing the stuff there.

I checked the Lowes and Home Depot in the Olympia area and did not find any. I also checked all the local rock and gravel companies...still no luck. Hopefully I can find some somewhere, I think the caves would look really cool.
