Aquarium co-op used to have an amazing selection of apistos…. I once bought five for a 75g of all different varieties. I liked them, but they were aggressive toward each other and also too small to enjoy in a 75gStill thinking about what to add to the 46 bowfront. The monk tetra do school very well in a tight formation so likely will pick up a few more. Was really cool looking when the school was around 11 back when I first started with them. They are fairly inexpensive so thats a plus since they dont have too long a lifespan.
Want to add a little splash of color so am thinking of an apisto dwarf cichlid. Seems best in store selection is usually at Pet Works so likely will go there for that.

I have it mostly scaped and planted now. CO2 hooked up with a plant light. Just have to see how it grows.I just finished setting up my 40 gallon breeder and stand in my man cave. Just need to get to hardscaping. Since I got that nice piece of driftwood from @DMD123 I had to get a new setup to help realize it's potential. Coming soon should be the setup before I start adding plants. Still trying to figure out just how to make the wood be a good centerpiece, but I have some great ideas.

That's nice! I haven't seen that around at all.@sir_keith, thanks for the suggestion. I was looking at a variation of that at Buce

Anubias Nana Snow White Tissue Culture
Anubias Nana Snow White is a rare, striking plant with white-green leaves; slow-growing, needs medium-high light, CO2, and attaches well to hardscape.buceplant.com
Im just not experienced enough to feel comfortable buying that just yet, probably look for the regular variety first.
