and the pearl ray will be here in 2 hours

might be asking alot of you but would it be possible to post a build of that monster with cost, how constructed and whats all involved. i dream of making my own plywood tank. if you cant i understand. would be a great diy post

i would but i see no point sense i dont have pictures of the build for you guys. reason is because it was mine and my brothers first build and it was trial and error lol. it was our basically trial one so the second one is gonna be way bigger. but if you have any questions id be happy to answer. but basically it was 2x4 and 2x6 wood and only ply wood in the back. the build after everything said and done around only 4-500. glass was cheap cause we found a real good deal on craigslist. but im sure you can do it no problem. im 21 and my brother is 26 . but yea. it was trial and error. take your time and have fun. unlike us. lol
 
well when you rock out the next one please document for others... im wondering on the 500 gal tank what the process of sealing the inside is like? do you fiberglass it, or use a marine epoxi to coat it

oh yea i plan too. this one was such a mess cause we were winging it that we didnt wanna look stupid lol but we were going to use epoxi and liquid rubber but we couldnt find any locally so we ended using pond liner
