New Tangs

just got a shipment of new tangs in. bassetman and i did a group buy. he got 4 enantiopus kilesa and i got 9 black congo white pearl calvus (was supposed to be 10 but i had 1 DOA ), and 5 muzi gold head comps 1 of which was a bonus :sunny: . here's some pics.

The kileasas look great.Looks like 2 males 2 females. Too bad about the doa, was he trapped in a corner of the bag? The Comps and Calvus look good, I remember when mine were that small.

can't wait till they get big. i'm interested to see what their growth rate is really like. i've heard it's painfully slow. the DOA wasn't trapped in the corner. just laying on the bottom. the bags were shipped on their side. Razzo really did a nice packing job. no complaints there. it sucks, but it happens. he gave me a bonus muzi though so no big deal.

They should gain an inch or so in the next year, their body shape will greatly change as well.

got some new tangs Monday from Out of Africa NJ. 26 Tropheus Duboise Maswa and 16 frontosa Kigoma. all about 1". got a sweet deal on all of them. here's some pics.

they will. i bought some of the spirulina flake the breeder has been feeding them and i bought a bunch of Ken's Trophs lovers flake i will slowly mix in and ween them over to.

thats an interesting background for sure. reminds me of a stained glass window. kind of a neat effect. too bad its not translucent (you could easily have thrown a light back there and made it look like a window) really hoping youll share some insider secrets as to how you made that
