I don't know tooo much about cichlids, but it almost looks like a green terror to me. But again someone who has ALOT more knowledge about them could probably give you a better idea

It is a geophagus. You can tell by the way the head is shaped, and the mouth being on the bottom.

It's either Geophagus Altifrons or some type of Surinamensis, those are the two most common types you see around here besides the former "Geo Jurupari/ daemon"

I'm leaning on Surinamensis.

Yeah me too, just didn't want to put down Hblue, :p would have felt bad. But the head doesnt look long enough or orange enough. Where did you get it?

Oh haven't been in awhile, could have told you for certain depending on place. They have any other Geo's or large SA peaceful fish

Don't worry about putting me down, I'm the first one to say I'm no geo expert.. I was just saying it might be an altifron because it looked similar to mine.. Mine just don't have the spot on the side which throws me off..
