Just got home from work in time to see these two going at it....They are the Saulosi I got in the 2nd group buy! :cheers:

Yeah I'm excited...this will be my third set of fry in the last month! Brichardi,Sunshine Peacocks,and now Saulosi! I must be doing something right or is it just that easy! :lol!:

Cool video. My demasoni used to spawn vertically like that. There was usually a fish or two waiting at the bottom of the rock pile for any eggs that got away. :)

So now the holding female is swimming very funny!? She's swimming with her nose pointing down and rear end up it looks very awkward!? What could be going on with her??

they do that because there still use to having fry in there mouth and makes them heavy in the front, now that her fry are gone she will return to normal in a day or so. Has it been more than one day? Mine seem to return to normal by the next day.

I don't know the reason for it, but I have had a few holders do that as well. They held to term and spit naturally; I never lost one, but it was strange looking.

I've wondered if that was the reason, but I've also had some holding huge amounts of eggs that didn't do that. :scratch:
