been looking it to catfish for some time and i love the look of the larger guys.

well i found Midnight catfish...or "Zamora woodcats"

to me they look allot like the larger guys and only reach about 5 inches^_^

i picked up two for my 40 gallon tall..that is being upgraded to a 70 tall next month when i get the stand built, might get another.

they are shy at fist but today was the first day they came out and stayed out for a while ...sooo cute^_^ enjoy!

they are just a little over an inch at the moment.

they are coming out more and more each day..and yes fat bellies they eat like little piggies..
they roam the tank sweeping there heads looking for food..looks allot like a shark when they do it....ssooo happy with these guys.

they get along with my steatocranus tinanti with no problems so far..as well as the guppies and female betta in the tank.

I thought so !

and there 40 gallon tall that they share with 6 w/c steatocranus tinanti and some guppies soon to be upgraded to a 70 tall.

This pic was taken just after a water change..everyone was a little ticked with me for blowing sand in to there caves....so they were busy cleaning them out and didn't want to come out for the camera .

Nope not at all, and they are housed with smaller fish and iv yet to see anyone get picked off,

they tend to come out and curse the tank for a few hours a day and during feeding.

Its like watching little bull sharks nose around your tank.
