Issues with 'smilies'

Anyone else having issues with posting smilies? I've tried everything. I'll try rebooting incase it's a cache problem.

It's not just you. But I'm also on android os.

I'm having the problem looked into. It's the buttons that aren't working. You can still make smilies with your keyboard.
