I'm going to put a tank in my bedroom and the tank will be in full view of the TV. We fall asleep with it on every night...will this stress the fish out!?

it depends on the fish .. put a cover on the side directly next to tv , paint black or some kind of aquascape

The tank is going to house Peacock fry for now and will be off to the side of the tv,so the right side and the front of the tank will be exposed to the tv.

I really dont think it will matter I use to have my 20 gal in my bedroom with my shellies for 6 months and never noticed anything different with them when my tv was on for long hours.
ive got 55gal with 4 gsp and 4 sailfin mollies next to my giant flat screen i use 24/7 and the bottom of the tank stand houses one of my speakers, they dont seem to mind at all, happy and healthy(and they dont really harrass eachother, being mean carnivores if they were stressed id think it'd be war in such a small area)
