With the recent purchase of my larger tanks, and with the current stock I have, I was wondering if they are covered by my homeowners.
I have Allstate and they informed me that the tanks are covered if they are damaged by natural causes. IE: earthquake, tornado etc..... And yet the livestock is not covered. If one of my tanks blow a seam and 300 gallons of water is on the floor. NOPE they said my policy does not cover any damage to the home or property if the tank leaks. And again, livestock is NOT covered.
So I ask. Have any of you heard of an insurance company that will insure the tanks, livestock, and property due to damage caused by the tank if it blows a seam?
