Well if the ad said RBP it would be flagged as illegal so a little creative fish-keeping and pow you have convicts! :whistle:

I'm sure they have all been CONVICTED of eating other fish so the add is partially correct. :roll:

If the owner gets caught selling these he may become a CONVICT. :x

Im sure they know what they got. Probably don't know anyone that will take them...
Do you guys think the owner is using this as a selling point or just don't want to euthanize them?

I would be willing to bet his first post got flagged and removed so he just reworded it. It should have just said tank for sale and free fish included without saying what was in it.

I think the guy is just tired of feeding them and really wants to sell the tank but is totally clueless about the current laws. He's had these fish for MANY years and just doesn't see a problem.

rofl thats too funny. probably just another police sting (thats how they got the guy from QT aquarium) its not out of the norm at all for seattle cops to do this :p

The guy at QT was being staked out since 2009. And on several occasions sold illegal fish to under cover police officers. They are still calling contacts and names that have been dropped. Several people I know personally very well have already been contacted. So it wouldnt surprise me that 1) they are monitoring CL, WAFishBx, etc..... for things like this 2) that they are placing the adds themselves.

Sadly some poor idiot who doesn't know anything about Washington laws would think its cool to have RBP then get busted. Then the media will blow things out of proportion and make us all look bad.
