I have found this, Its not for an aquarium but its a Plasma Grow light for gardens. Its made by stray light. I dont see why it wouldn't work for aquariums but its expensive.

The light that i posted on the link above cost $1200 but its for plants and I dont see why you cant use it for aquariums tho. The company that makes it is stray light.

I found there aquarium section and posted the link below, to doesn't say how much it cost but you can download a pdf and see all of the specs of it.
