Aqueon Aquarium Water Changer?

I have the Aqueon Aquarium Water Changer and want to hook it to my bathroom faucet. The threaded part on the sink doesn't stick out far enough for me to thread on the adaptor for the water changer. I was wondering how I could make it work?

Go to Home Depot or Lowes and get an adapter that will fit your faucet and your changer. Take the aerator off and take it in so they can help you match the correct size.

I got a multi thread adapter works on my kitchen sink for the 210g downstairs and the bathroom faucet upstairs for my 29g.

doesnt your aqueon already have all the adapters?... mine has three or four on the actual T- joint. you can take it apart and it should have the right size. GL to ya either way.

Yeah I have all the adaptors. I need to extend the threaded part on the faucet so I can use the adapter. The threaded part of the faucet doesn't stick out far enough once I take the aerator off. My kitchen sink has a pull out faucet so that's why I want to use the one in the bathroom.

There aren't a lot of threads on the kitchen faucet but I still managed to strip the plastic threads on the water changer. The metal attachment I found at Lowes is enough to connect to the faucet. GL. :)
