What does your aquarium emergency kit consist of? I want to see what everyone keeps on hand for the time when Murphy strikes.
Myself I keep battery air pumps, Rescue tape, Spare nets, spare heaters, spare light bulbs, silicone sealant, and a patch kit my acrylic tanks. For chemical/meds I keep melafix, salt, clout, meth blue, and malachite green.

Mine is DIVORCE Papers.. My wife told me if my tank blows i better get my fish and my crap and LEAVE !!

But on a side not i do have all the acrylic cement, rubbermaid tubs, and lots of filters and battery powered pumps, and a large generator if anything were to happen.. Or in the past i have all my buddies with big tanks phone numbers to call in case of emergency.. Only had to do that once when my power was out for 3 days.. :( Lost 3 large aro's .. :(

When lilydog came to get some Frontosa from me, he had cool buckets with screw on lids. They also had battery powered air pumps attached to the lids with an air line running into the buckets. He had battery powered heaters, if I am not mistaken, as well. That was a pretty cool set up.

We will order some! I want a batter operated air pump and heater. We need to get one before storm season next year! We are lucky we didn't loose power.

Yeah we don't have a generator or anything. We were really freaked out because there wasn't really anything we could do if the power went out! Next year we will have a security blanket for sure!
