What do I do at 9:00 at night?

I make banana pudding pie with bourbon... yumm :twisted:

1 ready-to-use graham cracker crust
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. bourbon
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup milk
3/4 cup Sour Cream
2 bananas
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping make it

Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat. Add sugar; cook and stir 3 min. or until sugar is melted. Remove from heat; stir in bourbon. Cool.

Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in sour cream. Let stand 5 min.

Slice bananas; place in crust. Top with caramel sauce, pudding mixture and COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Oh btw if you dont like bourbon, or you are making it for mixed company, be careful with how much you put in!! It doesn't burn off all the way and lets just say that I put WAY too much in last night :drunk:
