I make banana pudding pie with bourbon... yumm :twisted:
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crust
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. bourbon
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup milk
3/4 cup Sour Cream
2 bananas
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping make it
Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat. Add sugar; cook and stir 3 min. or until sugar is melted. Remove from heat; stir in bourbon. Cool.
Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in sour cream. Let stand 5 min.
Slice bananas; place in crust. Top with caramel sauce, pudding mixture and COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 1 hour.
