Weird spotting on stressed discus

Has anyone ever seen this on discus or any other fish for that matter? It looks like tiny little white spots but they seem to follow the fish a lines. I've seen my discus get stressed and dark before, but never noticed this. Please advise. Thanks!

Hmm I almost looks like the beginning stage of ich but it's usually not all over like that. I would start with salt and heat up to like 89. That's always a beginning point.

Im gonna guess its not ich. Its far to uniform in appearance.

Thats what I thought. I'm hopping it's just stress and it'll come out of it soon!
