I'm not really into hybrids and have never kept one before now, but some are just awesome looking. Here's one I picked up a couple days ago. ( I had too) Thai Silk x RD flower horn, about 4-5". Let's see what everyone else has.

I have seen them before, I think they are pretty common. They do have a weird shape though.

The first one is a flowerhorn/jack Dempsey the second one is the hyrbrid catfish . I don't have these fish anymore.

Peeling is not a hybrid thing its an Amphilophus trait. Most Amphilophus species and FH's (because they are crossed with an Amph or 2) When born are one color but as the mature they change colors. For example, Lloyd's fish above will continue to lose most of that black color.
