ADA Powder, I'll do some reading on it. My next set up I am using Aqua soil and power sand.

Steve has some at his store. I've used it on 2x tanks. I like it more than the regular aqua soil.
It's awesome with my shrimps. I'll show you the finished product on my new tank coming up in a bit.
