Anubias mainly, get some of the taller species like frazeri or alot of smaller nana or barteri along the rock work.

I've also seen some people use onion plants (cinum sp.) with success with mbuna, tougher leaves and supposedly they have a bad taste? Never tried it personally though...

I found and added an onion plant and a big ol java fern,,, so far no real interest from the fish,,,, little fish picking at the java fern roots a bit.

My baby Saulosi LOVE the red swords. They play on the leaves. THey are too small to disturb plants.

I have had really easy time growin broad leaf ludwiga... it gets super long.... and I think it looks great. Not so sure about your grazers taking interest in it... mine are with dwarfs and discus, they pay no attention to any plants.
