I am not one for the big chain fish stores but the aquatic staff saved me today, I had just ordered a pair of red terror festae and the shipper had to change the shipping day to Friday instead of Saturday, no big deal but I was at work and didn't have time to grab transport buckets, got to delta went in to get my fish and the box is soaking wet... the male had broken through two very well packed bags and was down to his last bit of water and air I'm guessing, so I take off to the nearest pet shop (petsmart) and ask if they could help me save my fish, they didn't have to help me, but they stopped what they were doing and repacked my fish for me, saving it from certain death lol, the two fish girls get a 5 star rating from me for sure.
