I got this guy two months ago. Dropped him in and haven't seen him since. Now today i drop in the black worms and he shot out like a dart. What a nice surprise, i figured he was dead.

Such a cute little fella! They kinda remind me of the South American Bumblebee Catfish!

I love it when that happens, haha! Think there is a couple species like that in my 140. But I still think they are dead, maybe...

I had some Amanos which I assumed my catfish ate. Hadn't seen them for MONTHS, I finally found a couple and rescued them to my other tank assuming the rest had been eaten. A few months later I did a large water change and was moving some wood and he comes zooming out from under it. Single survivor but it was literally like 2-3 months I hadn't seen the guy. I think the pictus cat did get a couple of them though

At least i know why all my little cherry shrimps are gone. Couldnt figure out what could be eating them since i assumed this guy was dead.
