So i setup a small planted shrimp tank. I have a couple other larger planted tanks that have mostly val in them and i dont dose excell or have co2 injection. I use trace and florish and everything grows great. So im going to do the same with this tank.
But i have a question. So i want to try co2. But a tank this small i dont think injection would be a good idea, i think it would be a waste of $ for such a small tank even though Fluval make a small one thats a hole kit for 75$ of i can diy it and go the paintball rout. But i think if i do injection it would be too much for a 1.5g even if it was turned down. Would it be be better to use an alterative like excell and dose daily or would injection work ok?
