Hello everyone,

I just found out about this place via the GSAS Airstone and I figured I would check it out. It's great to see a "local" forum of fish keepers...

Just getting started back up after 5 years without a tank! Going from having a fishroom to nothing has been horrible! :lol!: I have moved a lot in the past 10 years or so, I am born and raised in SW WA, I moved to PA for a few years and then to CO then back to WA about 5 years ago but haven't had an opportunity to set a tank till a couple weeks ago.

I am planning on joining the GSAS and have met Roy (Seattle_Aquarist) and he has already helped me out tremendously (thank you again Roy!). I have been a member of the Aquarium Club of Lancaster County in Pennsylvania . While in Colorado I was a member of the Colorado Aquarium Society and served as the horticulture chairman and was also a member of the Colorado Killie Club.

Needless to say I have met a lot of great people in this hobby and I am looking forward to meeting more in this area! Looking forward to getting to know some of you!

Thank you, Kaosu! I picked up some Clown killies the other day I bought all that Sierra had, 4 3 are doing well and the 4th went MIA after the first night. I don't know if it jumped out of the tank where the filter cutout is or not or what, but I didn't find a carcass in or outside the tank! They are housed with some white clouds and cories so nothing that would eat one. Looks like I have 2 males and 1 female. I think I might set up a breeding tank for them soon and see if I can breed them even though the ratio of males to females isn't exactly on my side lol!
