help white spots and white cloudy Ness on fish eyes

Just noticed this on my fishes eyes. What is it and what do I do.

It would also help to know more about your tank and stock. Is it a new tank? Maintenance routine? Aggressive fish? etc. Is the problem with more than one fish? Cloudy eyes can be a water quality problem, aggression, or disease.

Also we will need all water parameters, temp, ph, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates. What is your maintenance schedule (how often do u do water changes). Its both eyes I take it?

Like Betty stated if its both eyes it is usually poor water quality, and/or the fish is stressed. So help us out and answer all questions asked, as well a picture like big 01612 asked.
