Hello! :afro: yeah, i have an afro. whats it to ya? ha ha. anyway, i have a 40 gallon tank with a 4 in Jack Dempsey in it, along with some fiddler crabs and Goliath snails. 1 live plant surrounded by fake ones to protect it.... he has a big appetite for veggies. I was thinkin bout upgrading to a 55 and getting a firemouth or 2, or possibly a jag. any opinions?

Welcome to the site. The jags get pretty big I'm pretty sure so I don't know about them in a 55 gallon... Anyways hope you enjoy the site!

Yo, welcome. Depending on the size of the jag you could grow it out for a few months. But then you would be better off with a nice 100 gallon. Atleast that's my opinion. And bigger if you want tankmates cause just so that everyone has there own spot to hang out in.
