Starting with 4 Blue Silverado Endlers.

I bought two male Endlers and four females from Aquarium Co-op some 4 months ago. They are getting more and more beautiful each day.

You made a good choice as they are very hardy. Also, because of their small size there still is room in your tank for additional fish should you desire to have more.

The only thing on my mind now is when to water change? I'm guessing when the ammonia begins to crawl up?

With only 4 Endlers in your 10 gallon you aren't creating a heavy bio-load. But then again as well with only a ten gallon tank doing water changes isn't a heavy load either.
