My wife recently has taken a bit more interest in my fishkeeping hobby! As a result, she wants me to swap out my main tank to something different so I'm looking to sell my tropheus colony. $100 for the entire colony. I'm really looking for a good home for them, they really need a 75g minimum and do best in a single species colony.

Type: Tropheus Moorii Chimba.
Background: Started in late 2018. I don't have a current count(not the easiest to count), but I started with 15 and there is considerably more than that now.

This is a great deal on a nice colony of Tropheus sp. 'red' Chimba. They are not showing at their best in the pics, but are very attractive fishes. Based on the size of this colony, it could easily be split in two, with each occupying a 75g tank. Tropheus sp. 'red' Chimba is not a particularly aggressive or demanding Tropheus population, so if you've ever been tempted to try Tropheus, this might be a good place to start. They will need a 75g tank or larger; they will need a proper diet and water chemistry; and they will not do well with most other fishes. Tropheus are the most popular Tanganyikan cichlids- handsome, active, and interesting- and for good reason. :thumbsup

Here is a pic of some young Tropheus sp. 'red' Chimba from my colony, taken a few years ago; they are still transitioning from juvenile to adult coloration, but you can see the red starting to develop-
