nice looking lutino. I would not add another Oscar. and re home the fish you have with him. do you test your water with a test kit? API Master Fresh Water Test kit being the one of choice, test strips not a good option as they are not very accurate.

tank is a 55g. in addition OP has 3 or 4 SD witch I am sure where advised as dithers, in a larger tank this can be a good ideal, but a 55g is bare minimum for one Oscar and nothing else. with just the one Oscar OP will need to be doing 2 fin level water changes a week to keep nitrates at or below 20ppm.
