I think the timestamps on posts are off by an hour. Does the forum run in PST and not switch to PDT?

Go to ucp.php?i=prefs&mode=personal and change your time settings.

I thought the same thing, but you gotta go to your Profile -> Board Settings -> Edit Global Settings -> then change the option that says "Summer Time/DST is in effect" to "Yes"
