It's finished! My divided 10 gallon betta tank is now how I want it.
Java fern in front, java moss on the tunnels and silk plants in the back. There is also a golden mystery snail and a zebra nerite snail on each side.
I also figured out a way to baffle my filter with materials I had at home so that the current isn't so strong since I don't have an adjustable flow (bettas prefer still water).
Step 1. I put plastic canvas and filter mesh in the filters intake. Slows down the force of the water being sucked in.
Step 2. Put filter mesh in the hole where the water flows through to go into the filter housing to slow down even more
Step 3. Fold filter mesh over top of fitted canvas to slow down the current that flows into the tank.
