Any thoughts on MAGNUM 350 Filters?

I can buy 1 complete and 1 needing a magnet for the impeller, and a box full of spares for $70 from a coworker. I don't really need them (YET LOL) but I have never used them before.... Kinda thinking about doing a KOI pond on my covered patio though maybe these would do the trick? Any thoughts on these workhorse filters?

I have three Magnum 350's in operation; 2 on my 75 gallon and one on my 45 gallon. I find them to reliable, quiet, and they really do move the H2O. Also, I can find parts (even difficult parts) if I need them which for me is really important. That said, the magnets (because they are large) can be pricey...I got mine from Foster and Smith for $20. That said, you can buy new ones (with warranties) for $99 each from F&S and they pay the shipping so you make the call.
