Anubias and Java Moss together

I just rubber banded a small anubias to my bogwood and was wondering if i attached java moss to the same area, if it would kill the anubias? If i laid it over it to hide the rubber band? Do the anubias roots need to attach first? Appreciate any input! Anyone with experience doing that/Tips? Thanks!

I don't know the answer to your question but as for me, I'd just do it and see if it works. Why not?
