Angel Fish - Pop Eye

We noticed last night that one of our two young angels appears to have pop-eye. One of his eyes is bulging out, his other eye hasn't popped out as much. The water quality has been very good, although we have just had a bout of Ich in our tank which we've been treating for and it has finally cleared.

Should we take this guy out and medicate him separately?

If I owned this angel. I personally would use erythromycin to clear up the bacterial infection, assuming that the tank parameters were looking good. In my experience I find erythromycin very mild and can treat the whole tank of fish.
