Hi tazeat,

That is a good deal, that Ideal needle valve (probably a 52-1-12) is worth about $75 all by itself. The Victor regulator is about $125. The 5# aluminum tank is worth about $60 (-$25 if not current on hydrotest). Yeah, definitely a good deal.

The hydrotest really doesn't matter when they just exchange them, at least that's what they do with the 20s I have
