Re: new pick up To echo other posts, eels are really smart and get into everything. I have a small fire eel swim up my output for my filter, he broke his back trying to get out. When I found him, it was just a tail waiving like a flag out of the output.

They look just like a marbled goby I used to have. It was a pretty awesome fish, used to bury down into my sand to hide.

You may want to ask them about "water filled furniture". That's how we got our tanks covered in So Cal with our renter's insurance. They put them in the same classification as like a water bed.
