Midway Tropical Fish and Pets- Kent

I discovered this store by driving past it. I had to make two u-turns to even get into their parking lot! I went in search of a particular substrate, and found it! BUT, I needed like 100lbs, they only had about 25lbs and the store owner would not come off where he gets it from. Thanks to a...

    The Fish Store - Seattle

This is the only store that I have found that carries endlers live-bearers. I've purchased a few fish and all my plants from The Fish Store. They are a bit pricier than some lfs, but understandable considering. They have a lot of people who just browse, so you have to go to the counter to get...

tank leaking / put fish in rubbermaid tote?

the tank is leaking around the bottom. i'm going to try to fix it, if i can caulk a tub, i should be able to handle this! from the responses, i'm not worried about keeping them in a tote for a few days now. thanks for all the feedback!

tank leaking / put fish in rubbermaid tote?

thanks for your responses! i have a magnum canister filter and numerous heaters. they'd probably have to be in there a few days, which is what i was worried about. never thought about using it for fry, that's a great idea. portable too!

tank leaking / put fish in rubbermaid tote?

my 55 gallon is leaking and i must find a replacement or fix the one i have. if i decide to fix mine, do you think it is okay to put the fish in a large rubbermaid tote? do you think the tote is made of anything that would leach into the water and harm the fish? i have no other place to put...

    Black Moors

I would suggest Pet Pourri in Everett, their goldfish always look good. I've bought the majority of my fish there, no ich and all are still living. I had a black moor for 7 years. His belly turned gold, quite striking against the black.
