You just look at the pictures, select your favorite, go back up to the top and click on the button with the number that corresponds to the photo you want to vote for. If you've already voted, there will be nothing to click, but it will show you how many votes each picture has.

It's pretty much a no-brainer, so if you can't find a way to vote, you probably already did. :D
