Anybody bred Ghost shrimp??

I have a finicky Angler fish and I've given up on him switchin to frozen. SO...shrimp aren't as picky. Anybody had any experience/success breeding the el cheapo ghosties from petco/Petsmart? I wish to setup a small tank and breed them to gut load with healthy stuffs and feed Rex that way.

I've heard that raising the shrimplets (larval stage) is really tricky, and very tedious, that it's much easier to just buy the ghost shrimp from a store.

An even better option, is to find a reputable LFS that can special order you a big batch of ghost shrimp, at an even cheaper cost. :D

I have breed ghost shrimp before. Pretty basic, and as long as you can feed them a lot better than they were at the distributor they can color up nice and berry. The trouble with raising their fry is feeding during the first few weeks. You can see them swimming in the water column, but should probably be moved. Feed green water for a week or two.
