Angelfish pics/ question

Does anyone know what kind/type of angels these are? I have kept angels before, but never seen these kind. \
One has stripes and on it and one has cool blotches/spots. I bought them both from dennys pet world at the same time I think lol They both fade their colors out to look albino, you still see the stripes but they are white. they change in front of your eyes, its soo cool! I have never seen this before. Does anybody know what they are called excatly? Also I have this cool one I think is koi? It is white with black spots and as it grows the top half of it is turning a pretty light orange/pink

I used to have breeding ones but I have horrible tap water and most died before I got it figured out. Looking to get back into it again soon though

This is my blue, silver, gold marble. Her fins are MUCH longer now

Do you know how big they have to be/usually are before mating?

I got her for free from someone on here that was moving and needed fish to go to homes asap. I plan on getting her a blue gene male to breed so I can get blue babies!
