    My fancy goldfish tank

I wouldn’t think that the sharp rocks would do much damage to those goldfish as they don’t appear, from first glance, to be fast fish like rainbow fish or silver dollars.

What did you do with your tank(s) today?

What is the lifespan on a goldfish like these? I assume they are human created, right? It will be interesting to see them when they are adults.

    Goldfish... really? lol

Interesting looking fish. I am not into goldfish but if I was, the only ones I think I’d want are shubunkins and fan tails

What are you keeping… roll call

It’s been a while since everyone updated what they are currently keeping. I think it would be great for us to share what we currently have. I’ll start….yes, petstore nicknames work too, even if they aren’t labeled correctly.

    Community catfish

Pictus cats were always a favorite of mine growing up. I had them in community tanks, but they might get too big for a 46…. I don’t remember that much about them except they did well in the community tank and were fun to watch as they swam like a shark on the bottom of the tank.

What did you do with your tank(s) today?

I need help identifying this plant…. In my bedroom discus tank I am growing a ton of this grassy ball like substance. What did you do with your tank(s) today?

I still have an empty 75g tank in the garage since the fahaka passed away two months back. I’ve been thinking about growing out a clown knife fish again as I love them and saw that aquarium paradise had some juveniles in for like $14 dollars. On a side note: now that I’m done coaching...

What did you do with your tank(s) today?

I’m on spring break so I brought home my angel and betta and left the guppies in my school tank. I’m planning to run in, aqauscape it to give them hiding places and then I’ll add more guppies ( the feeder type that are 5 for a dollar. We are going to do a live observation in my science classes...

What did you do with your tank(s) today?

I think you have been toying with the idea of the sajica moving on for some time now…. What are you thinking for the community tank? I’d like to see you aqauscape it and pack it with a bunch of cardinal or neon tetras to get those huge micro schools of fish.

    My catfish

I like Rafael’s! But the two times I’ve owned them, I typically only see them about twice per year. Haha But they were also little fatties so they were eating.

What did you do with your tank(s) today?

Yup, looks fairly adult sized. Might get slightly bigger. I do not know the technical name for it, but petsmart usually lumps them under the umbrella of mbuna cichlid ( without proper identification). And you are correct that it needs more space. Most people overcrowd their tanks to disperse...
