Here is a better picture.

I have this plant in my tank and I forgot what it is. Can anyone tell me what it is and how I can manage it. It seems like its growing 6 inches a week. I clip it in half and throw out the bottom "old" looking parts. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
