Yeah that was her first spawn. She held for 5 weeks before but I don't think I have enough rocks. I couldn't find the babies when she released so I stripped this time. Both colonies are from Vince so I have the duboisi parents of the babies you picked up.
Both colonies were in the same tank for awhile the got seperated because I picked the Duboisi colony. Now they are back together again. It's really interesting to watch. They tend to harrass their own and establish pecking order that way. There are 12 Ikola, 11 Duboisi, 2 clown loach and 4...
Thanks Sanduka! Yes with tropheus you have to keep several to spread out the agression. I had the clown loaches for a while and they do keep the bottom of the tank pretty clean. With tropheus hardly anything has a chance to hit the bottom of the tank. I just got the Duboisi colony last week...

Nice to see Washington Fishbox. I have a couple of colonies of Tropheus. Dusboisi and Ikola. I have kept Frontosa's in the past. Kapampa and moba but decided to just keep tropheus for now.
