well 3 days of intense gravel vacuming, cleaned out my filters,added one dose of k-9 dewormer,didnt feed my fish for 5 days. when i vacumed my gravel yesterday i couldnt find one worm alive or dead. once you get those worms they can become a mess fast,they multiply and die so quick you start getting sludge in you tank and filters from the dead ones. well back on the routine gravel vac from now on and any new fish will be rinsed off for sure. i was leary of using the dewormer but was surprised when i looked at the package it only had 1 ingredient and not 15 diffrent things in it.and i got lucky at petco it was on clearance. thanks fish box members lots of good input!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
