So, my SW tank has been set up for a while now and has gone through a few trials and tribulations, but it has prospered. My corals are growing at a very nice rate, my fish are all happy and the cayano algae has been eradicated. My clowns have been displaying some interesting behavior lately. The male and female have been attempting to mate, I think. I have zero experience with SW fish mating, but they are doing the same type of shaking and swimming around each other in turn that FW fish do.
The coral growth is amazing. All of my corals have experienced growth and I am noticing more polyps and branches every day.
Here are a few pictures of some of the tank.
this is a tiny blue leg hermit, no idea where it came from..lol
leather coral with a mushroom that I got from uncon-reefer. This thing has taken off and is growing like a weed!
tiny new polyps, these are popping up all over this piece of coral
my female saddle back clown in her cave
my cat Pia testing the salinity of the water in my copepod prop tank
