WOAH! That is a ton of great info for people that are starting planted tanks! I wish I had access to that article when i was making my decision on substrate.... Two methods I use in my tanks, and found work very very well is... flourite bottom, light gravel on top.... and soil with sand then gravel on top... :) My plants are growing at very fast rates!
