sagittae cichlid

I was told on a facebook group that my midevil was actually a sagittae cichlid. Kinda looks like her. so I was wondering has anyone else ever been told that their midevil was a sagittae cichlid?

Madness on here keeps sagitae but if I were you I'd still consider it a Midevil as midevils are crossed amphs of various back grounds. For example, right now I'm raising about 50-60 growouts 1-2.5" which are half xiloensis and half red isletas.... I don't plan to sell them or give them away, but if I did I would consider them midevils ( which is what I call them)

Yours very well could have a more streamlined shape so maybe one of the parents was a sagittae

I got her from the breeder, I was told she was a red devil midas mix... i just dont like to argue with ppl so i just said okay. :) but thank you

There is very little chance that someone can accurately identify that fish by just looking at it.

Do you mind posting a picture of it here? What FB page is this discussion on?
